Qualifications

I’m a recent graduate of Seattle Central College’s Web Design program. I graduated with all 4.0s and an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Web Design.

I work with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and I know my way around Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).

Experience

I started doing freelance web design 3 years ago, before I started my degree (self-taught initially). Since then, skill with web design has grown both inside and outside the classroom, with my professors and with real-world clients.

I have experience maintaining existing sites as well as creating brand new ones. I love taking an old and dated site and making a new one that does exactly what the client needs with a sleek new look!

Hobbies

Outside of Web Design, my interests include art and cooking. I paint and draw, but I’m particularly interested in printmaking as an art as well as a method of mass communication (like web design) and make linocuts and screenprint when I can.

I try to cook something fun as often as I can. I can’t eat gluten, so that adds to the challenge a little bit, but the challenge is part of what makes it fun.
